Lincoln Towers

The Secaucus Housing Authority initiated, new construction of a HUD sponsored 17-story high-rise senior housing building was an effective combination of visually striking moments with physically comforting spaces, all built under strict federal guidelines regulating cost-efficiency in materials and construction. Lincoln Towers, 100 units of public housing for seniors was hailed by both Architectural Record and The New York Post for its use of natural light, bold colors and differing facades.
