Ellsworth Center II

A decade following the transformation of Ellsworth Center I into a vibrant office center, new construction was completed on the adjacent lot. The dynamic, low-budget mixed-use building, Ellsworth Center II, has since become an indispensable structure in the continuing revitalization of Shadyside’s commercial warehouse district.
